Canceling Order & Refund

We’re here to create a better shopping experience from top to bottom, if you have placed an order and would like to cancel that order, please let us know within 24 hours of your order and we will refund you the total amount with no fee.

 

Returns

Erez coffee co is committed to ensure that all products  meet customer expectations, and that includes a 2-day return policy for anything you purchase from Erez Coffee co. If you need help, our team is here for you.

In order to offer fast and free shipping, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle returned items, we charge a return shipping fee of 30 nis with the original packaging intact and original top sealed. Please note that your total amount refunded for the returned item(s) will not take into account applied discounts. In the case of partial returns, you will be refunded according to which product you return. For more information, please email erezcoffeeco@gmail.com.

Of course, damaged products are covered by us and aren't subject to any return shipping fees, as long as the original packaging has been retained. For those cases, check out our warranty information below.

Free Exchanges

If you decide to change your order before it is delivered, we offer a one-time free exchange for any item in our store. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange. Get in touch with our team to change your order. Please reach out to erezcoffeeco@gmail.com or click on the live chat box and we’ll assist you in changing your order.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if your returned item does not meet the conditions described above, Erez Coffee Co cannot accept your item and it will not be eligible for a refund.
